The kids loved the fun activities and games available throughout our stay. The mountain views from our room were amazing.

I enjoyed staying in a spacious family room with amazing views. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options. The spa area featured a relaxing outdoor jacuzzi. The location was excellent, right next to the train station. Staff were attentive and cute 😊

The rooms are newly renovated and functional.

The room was not cleaned and the beds were not made. The card from the room did not work several times! Another guest was also assigned to our room, and at 5:00 pm a stranger stood in front of our room with a suitcase and showed the same room number. no apologies from the staff at the end

Location and view, close to the city and attractions of Chamonix within easy reach, reception staff exceptionally friendly and helpful

Service at breakfast slightly overstrained

Located right next to the train station, it is perfect for strolling through Chamonix in the evenings. Spacious room with balcony and direct view to Mont Blanc. Very tastefully furnished, also the bathroom with rain shower left nothing to be desired. Good selection at the breakfast buffet and the staff was really nice and helpful. Parking in the underground car park is convenient (directly accessible by lift) but expensive. However, parking in Chamonix is generally very expensive, the public parking facilities would not have been much cheaper.

Big hype, little substance

While the views were fine and the staff friendly, the experience left much to be desired. I encountered issues with inconsistent service, a lack of vegetarian dining options, and noisy disturbances from nearby trains that affected my comfort. For the price, you can find better accommodations elsewhere in the area.

Mrs Mariana at front desk was very nice.

I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel was quiet at night. My room faced the train station but the train noise was not bad at all. Also, each wing of rooms has a separate door so noise from the lobby is blocked out.

Great location close to the city and railway station. Breakfast was enjoyable with variety of meats and cheeses, freshly squeezed orange juice and egg/pancake station.

The first room was a bit outdated. I got another one after complaining.
